Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your debit/credit card to conduct commerce on our site. All CREDIT card transactions will affix a further 2% handling charge at point of sale, no charge for DEBIT cards. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques are accepted, but will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Items Not Required – We endeavour to provide as much information within our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. Should you require to return any product, you may do so at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after you receive your delivery. Please note Aberdeen Pressure Washer Centre will not cover return postage, and credit card charges cannot be refunded. Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. We advise that you obtain a proof of posting certificate available free at any post office.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive damaged or defective goods from us please contact us within 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. Aberdeen Pressure Washer Centre will only cover re-postage costs for defective or damaged goods, if following examination, we are satisfied there is a defect . Refunds for items returned will be credited to your credit/debit card within 30 days of cancellation. Please note that delivery charges and credit card charges cannot be refunded.
ALL goods must be inspected prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging, sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary. Please ensure the goods are returned in a good condition and wherever possible in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed!
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT is charged on all orders delivered to the UK at the standard rate of 20%. All prices on the site are displayed inclusive of VAT. Our VAT registration number is: 297 1630 35
Debit/Credit Card Security
All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using PAYPAL who are a credit/debit card verification company. Card numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
