Delivery Charges & Information

As detailed above, Shipping is only to the Cardholder’s billing address. Shipping calculated according to order value. Orders under £50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of £9.50. Orders over £50 are subject to FREE SHIPPING.

Distribution

DELIVERY IS TO THE CARDHOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS ONLY. The delivery address will automatically default to the billing address associated with your payment card, which is usually your home address. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box. Delivery is by carrier to any mainland UK address. Please see our delivery section for more information. If your order is received by us before 2 pm on a weekday, delivery is normally within 3 working days to the U.K. mainland and takes place between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. It should be noted that deliveries will always require a valid signature.
